Travel management company Reed & Mackay has recruited
Kieran Hartwell as its global chief revenue officer.
Hartwell will lead revenue-generating departments globally
and play a “pivotal role” in the company’s “ambitious trajectory” as part of
the Navan Group.
He joins from Travel Counsellors for Business, where he
became the first managing director of its corporate division, and has also held
roles at Travel and Transport – which was acquired by CTM in 2020 – as well as Radius
Travel and American Express Global Business Travel.
Reporting to Reed & Mackay CEO Fred Stratford, Hartwell
will “spearhead the development of data-driven strategies to engage new market
segments, optimise go-to-market models, and refine value propositions in
partnership with customer and product teams,” the company said in a statement.
Stratford added: “Kieran's proven track record in scaling
revenue and driving growth through innovative strategies will be invaluable as
we continue to expand globally and redefine the corporate travel and events
experience.”
