Registration has opened for the inaugural Business Travel Show Asia Pacific to be held in Singapore in April 2025.
The BTN Group, part of the Northstar Travel Group, announced the launch of Business Travel Show Asia Pacific earlier this year. The show, which will be co-located with The Meetings Show Asia Pacific, takes place on 16-17 April at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre at the Marina Bay Sands hotel in Singapore.
The Asia Pacific event will follow a similar format to Business Travel Show Europe in London, which celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2024. This will include an exhibition, educational programme, networking opportunities and a hosted buyer programme.
The hosted buyer programme will enable participants to access VIP benefits, such as free travel and accommodation, curated meetings and more. Participants must be corporate travel managers or procurement professionals who manage their organisation's travel programmes and meet qualifying criteria. Applications have now opened for this programme.
Business Travel Show Asia Pacific will also feature regional launches of other popular elements from the European edition, such as Business Travel Innovation Face Off, as well as debuting the APAC Travel Buyer of the Year Award, which will honour a regional travel or meetings manager who has excelled in advancing corporate travel practices through innovation and boundary-pushing initiatives.

Next year will also see the launch of Business Travel Show America, which will debut on 15-16 October at the Javits Center in New York City, as part of the BTN Group’s global expansion to bring industry-leading corporate travel events to key markets.
